Sorry, that I have not provided an update since June.

The plan is to remove my biliary (liver) tube sometime in December. Hopefully can get this removal scheduled soon. Sounds like the exit hole heals over in a matter of a few days.

Mom and I have been doing Zoom classes provided by my Parkinson’s gym; including yoga, tia chi, and dancing. Really like the tia chi class. Also taking a zoom boxing class, although this is for more advanced Parkinson’s individuals. With the tube, I cannot twist as much or punch as hard as required in the class I was taking. Mom and I are going for 2-3 mile walks many mornings. Will be glad when I can get back in the gym.

As far as my Parkinson’s, some good and some bad.

First the good –

I have not any brain fog for over 2 months. I used to get it sometimes in the morning.

My medication (Levodopa) needs have actually went down to 5 1/2 pills day. For a while, I was taking 8+ pills per day.

I have found a dosage of Mirilax that is working well to keep things moving.

Have been having more trouble with sleep fragmentation (waking up repeatedly during the night). This is not unexpected with Parkinson’s. Trying some non-drug actions to improve my sleep.

The bad –

Seems that my muscles seem to be more stiff sometimes. Nothing terrible, just a slight progression.

No change in my slight tremors, occurring mostly when tired or under stress..

Overall, am holding my own. I am glad for that.

Nothing else worth noting.
