My appetite is much better, and eating does not increase my pain. Glad for that. Needed to take just one oxy today for pain. Slept well last night and had a good day overall.

We decided to fly to Rochester, MN for my Mayo appointment. Our flight is this coming Sunday and my appointment at Mayo is the following Tuesday.
